Welcome to Anore Company. By accessing our website and purchasing our luxury fashionable items, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. BRAND MISSION & QUALITY ASSURANCE

Anore Company is dedicated to providing luxury quality fashion that empowers the charisma of being an honorable, rare, and unique individual. We invest heavily in fabric research to ensure we use natural organic materials to maximize the quality and sustainability of every collection.

2. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

  • Collection Drops: As Anore Company operates on a collection basis with 3–4 month gaps between releases, orders are subject to specific inventory availability at the time of the drop.

  • Risk of Loss: Once items are handed over to our supply chain advancement services for delivery, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

To maintain the exclusivity of our limited collection drops and protect against unnecessary refunds:

  • Condition Requirement: All returns must be in their original, luxury condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original labels attached.

  • 14-Day Limit: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Inspection: Items showing signs of wear, odors, or debris will be refused.

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Anore Company strives to create one-of-a-kind experiences. If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact Abu Winter at our registered business address in Pennsylvania within 48 hours of receipt. Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or full refund.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

"Anore Company" is a trademarked name in the State of Pennsylvania. All website content, unique color combinations, and storytelling elements used in our drops are the exclusive property of Anore Company LLC.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Anore Company LLC, owned solely by Abu Winter, shall not be liable for any consequential damages resulting from the use or performance of our products.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
